“Kenny has a real sensibility with house music. Making tracks that work on a wide range of dancefloors and remixes that stay true to the original records vibe. That is very important and is becoming a lost art. If I didn’t believe in him I wouldn’t be working with him” -Frankie Knuckles.
Twelve #1 releases in the past few years alone, almost 40 tracks reaching Top 10 charts globally. He’s done remixes for the likes of Giorgio Mororder, Chaka Khan, and Vanessa Daou. His collaborations with mentors Frankie Knuckles and Eric Kupper have become staples in today’s underground dance culture. Whether you know him from the international coverage he received from his controversial “no laptops” policy implemented at his nightclub in Los Angles, or like most, you are a fan of his 100+ releases, Kenny Summit is one of the most recognizable names in house music today. Coming in at the top of multiple genres on Traxsource’s “Best Artists Of The Year” charts 4 years in a row, Kenny’s productions have made him a crowd favorite at warehouse parties, club and festivals world wide.
His duo project with Eric Kupper, aptly named PROPER, has taken on a life of its own with releases on Classic Music Company, Mark Farina’s Great Lakes Audio label and more; garnishing the attention of Pioneer who has put them atop of their radio platform alongside Djs like Carl Cox, Claptone, Josh Wink, Roger Sanchez, and John Digweed.

Bob Canady’s underground roots go deep. It all started back in Florida when a club he and his friends frequented started mixing in Acid House tracks with Electro, Freestyle and Miami Bass in the late 80’s. He was already a huge electronic music fan but he was fascinated with the House sound. After moving to Los Angeles in 1990, he started going to small house clubs and discovered a radio show on KXLU called Illicit Groove hosted by DJ Sonic (Jason Bentley). He became obsessed with the music and eventually went to his first big underground called Jive at the infamous La Casa. It was a life changing experience and he quickly became consumed with the culture. Although he was collecting records since the 80’s, he never tried DJing until 2012 when a friend asked him to bring a stack of records over to play on his decks. After that, it was time to buy some Technics 1200’s and a mixer.
In fall 2015 Jaime started V HOUSE Radio with his longtime friend to share the love of proper house music and endless talent in Los Angeles. Jaime and the other members of the V HOUSE Crew believe in sharing music and promoting other artists to inspire the next generation of Los Angeles Underground House lovers.
Randall X is one of the members of the VHOUSE Crew. Coming from a Punk/Funk, Manchester Music, and Boogie background, he eventually came around to love House. Randall X started over ten years ago spinning fashion shows, industry parties, and some of the first rooftop parties in Los Angeles. This eventually lead to djing with the original Hollywood Boogie crew Payday . He played strictly wax under the name Randall X.
After years of hiding and collecting digital music he finally decided to jump on CDJs in 2017 along with his wax. With his style of Boogie, Italo Space Disco, and UK inspired house music, he’s upping the game when it comes to selecting top shelf disco, house, and boogie from all corners of the world.
