V HOUSE Radio 007 | Eddie B

Saving the world… One record at a time…

In love with the art of DJ-ing since the concept of mixing two songs together first occurred to him, it was house music that led Eddie B to the decks years ago. Despite a bottomless versatility rarely found among modern DJs, and an arcane knowledge of music, deep and techy house still inspires Eddie to play today.
After honing his talents behind the decks for over a decade, everywhere from guest list only lounges to subterranean soirées and often alongside some of the biggest names in house, Eddie has found a home in the studio with dance music producing partners, and on the stage as one part of the trip-hop friendly yet unclassifiable trio, UNA.
While being part of a band may have come as a surprise to someone who doesn’t play a traditional instrument, being an integral part of UNA seems natural for an artistic soul so dedicated to the art of DJ-ing and music, and so passionate about getting things right.
As UNA’s turntablist, Eddie adds in the aural layers that help make UNA’s sound fresh and elusive. When he’s not collaborating in the studio or performing with the band, he’s DJ-ing in major cities throughout the U.S. and working on 4/4 productions that have already garnered attention from household names in dance.

V HOUSE Radio 006 | Ryan Truman

For V HOUSE Radio 006 we present an exclusive mix from one of the top jackin house artists Ryan Truman.

Living in Chicago in the eighties through the mid nineties Ryan Truman developed a deep love of house music from the Loft party scene. Now calling Los Angeles home, Ryan carries that passion with him into his DJ sets and as a producer. Having been involved in making music for years, playing bass in rock bands and making experimental electronic music, he picked up the DJ bug in 2005. Since, he has played numerous venues around the LA area and was a featured DJ on the online radio station In Soul We Trust for over two years. Ryan started releasing house tracks in 2008 and has put together a strong string of full EP releases.

V HOUSE Radio 003 | Randall Baxter

V HOUSE Radio 003 brings an exclusive mix from V HOUSE Crew member BAXTER.

Randall Baxter got started DJing by accident. He was approached to play his vinyl collection for Fashion Shows across LA’s Fashion district back in 2005. From then on, it’s been the love of collecting, making, and mixing his favorite tracks out in Los Angeles, anywhere from Punk/Funk house parties in K-town, Boogie nights in Hollywood, Voguing events in Silverlake, to Brazilian Disco pool parties in West Hollywood.

Being mentored by legendary funk, boogie, and vinyl heads in Los Angeles, BAXTER has developed the firm belief that DJing is about sharing the love of music to everyone who loves music.  With that said Baxter has always been open to sharing what is in his DJ bag.  “It’s not about the track you play, it’s about how you play it”
